I was beginning to worry I used up all my good crafting Karma …
I mean, I never really think of myself as all that crafty in the first place.
So when I had a craft fail last week, I just chalked it up to the odds. It was inevitable, after all. I’ve been hyper-crafty lately.
But when I struggled with what’s been billed as the world’s easiest burlap wreath diy in the same week as my pumpkin Pin-Fail project, I started to get worried …
very worried …
perhaps I had run out of crafting Karma?
Could it be?
And if so, what in the world would I blog about it the future?
I’m not sure how it happened. Or why. I studied the tutorial created by the queen of burlap wreaths closely. Even studied her follow-up post with additional instruction and answers.
And yet I struggled. And cursed …
I think I was just over-thinking it. Over-fussing …
a little bit of Type A may have been involved …
It wasn’t until I let it go {after starting and restarting and restarting again} that I finally got the hang of it …
Amen.
I’d like to take this opportunity to send a heartfelt, I’m sorry, to the queen of the burlap wreath for all that swearing …
and emailing!
Because, in the end, she’s right …
this is the easiest burlap wreath you will ever make.
Ever! 🙂
