I’m so tempted to start today’s post with a G’day …
… but that would be very unimaginative …
… very Crocodile Dundee …
You see, I’m in Australia today. Jealous? Thought so …
But you can keep your green-eyed envy to yourself. I’m not physically in Australia (though, that would be cool) …
No. Instead I’m guest blogging here …
… at the fabulous Meg and Mums blog …
… which comes to you from Australia …
… where right now it’s Wednesday …
… so that means I’m blogging from the future.
This is a post from future Linda! And no, I’m not going to post tomorrow’s winning lottery numbers here.
So I’m sending you away to check out my post at Meg and Mums where I try to win over the Aussies.
And be sure to stay awhile in the land down under and check out Meg’s fabulous furniture transformations. Like this adorable table …
And it’s not just the outside of Meg’s pieces that are beautiful …
Meg’s attention to detail is unparalleled.
And like this blogger and this blogger, she picks free things up off the street and carts them home …
No. Wait. Let me clarify. She has her husband ‘trained’ to pick things up off the street for her, like this amazing find …
Yeah. Meg has a keeper of a husband …
Some day I’ll physically get myself to Australia (hey, a girl can dream). Where I’ll finally meet Meg. And her keeper of a husband …
… and I do have a cousin who lives there. But I have a sneaking suspicion that she moved a full continent and a full ocean away to, well, get away from us …
🙂
P.S. Have you heard about the Mission: Possible challenge link parties? Here’s the year-long calendar …
… and here’s the first “It’s a Cinch” challenge that links up on March 27 …

You had me going for a second there, and for the record we really do say G’day, maybe a tad sarcastically but well I do anyway 🙂 Off to check out a fellow Aussies blog thanks for the tip off!
