I was at it again this week. Hit the dollar store to pick up some holiday decorations …
I’m driven by the overwhelming number of holiday-themed blog link parties coming up next month. For those who know me, I can’t say no to a good party.
Problem is, I have a basement filled with bins and bins of holiday decorations. I don’t need more.
Must. Stop. Shopping.
What I need to do is stay far, far away from Home Goods and Target during the holidays … and now I can add Dollar Tree and the Salvation Army to that list. Oh, and all those catalogs crammed into my mailbox need to go straight to recycle.
Truth be told, I have a bit of a problem when it comes to decorating for the holidays. No surface goes untouched.
And yes, that’s the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows DVD sitting center stage. It’s an early Christmas present to me!
Yeah, I have a bit of a problem when it comes to Harry Potter too. But that’s fodder for a whole other blog …

Don’t I know it! Some how I always seems to think I am going to have a place to put all of my decorations, but strangely, my house doesn’t get any bigger from year to year.
