Is it really Spring if there’s still snow on the ground?
Granted, it’s not a lot snow today. Not like last week, when I was photographing my Spring living room …
nor the week before when I was digging deep for Spring inspiration under a two feet of packed snow. 😉
Luckily, a few warm(ish) and sunny days have popped up since then. Days that give me hope for more sun and warmth. And days that belie my phone’s weather app which is sporting snowflakes next week.
Snowflakes!
But that’s Chicago for you. It can lull you into a false sense of Spring …
only to yank it away.
Ah well.
Sigh.
At least it looks like Spring inside. 🙂

Hi Linda: your home is light and bright and sure picks up my spirits this Spring! We are experiencing a thaw on the east coast and everything lucks muddy and the melting snow piles are not so white anymore.
I love your use of tulips throughout your home… they really make it feel like spring!

Such pretty Spring touches! I love the pinks! Things are the same up here in Wisconsin for Spring, it’s so short and the weather is so up and down. I love how you bring it indoors!
