S is for son. As in my teen son whose room I recently remodeled here …
S is for Sam. As in Sam I Am. As in Sam I Am with the Green Eggs and Ham. As in Sam is said teen son whose room recently got a complete overhaul …
S is for simple. And seriously. And super. As in this faux metallic letter “S” for Sam I Am’s room was seriously super duper simple to make …
S is for say. As in very few words are needed for said tutorial above. I wanted to let the pictures speak for themselves but we all know I can’t seem to shut my trap …
S is for spark. And spur. As in this super simple project was sparked and spurred by this blogger and this blogger …
S is for simplified. And slapped. And silver paint. As in I simplified their tutorials even further. As in I just slapped on two coats of silver paint on a $1.99 paper mache cardboard letter from JoAnn’s and called it a day …
S is for saved. As in I saved those blogger’s tutorials – as well as this one – on a group “It’s a Cinch” Pinterest board here …
S is for share. As in I’ve joined a group of super talented blogger friends for a First Monday “It’s a Cinch” share party. It’s a virtual party where we challenge ourselves to tackle the easiest and peasiest projects ever so that we can spend the majority of our time chatting and laughing and S as in sipping some wine …
… and then we co-post our “It’s a Cinch” projects on the First Monday of each month …
S is for socialize. As in get out of here and visit my S as in sip some wine blogger “It’s a Cinch” co-posters (just click on the thumbnails photos below to witness for yourself their cinchy fabulous-ness) …
And now I think that S may be for stop. As in please, please we are begging you Linda to please stop sharing your son Sam’s room remodel …
… as in you’ve sucked it dry.

My kind of “toot”…I love these easy peasy projects…No power tools required, well except for Kari…she had to go and use that scroll saw…ugh!…I am partial to the letter “S”….”S”o gotta go “s”hop at JoAnn”S” before they run out of “S”‘s…I think there may a run on the letter “S”….after your “toot”…..
aaah, good ol sesame street! 🙂
love the s- simple, perfect, and chic!
Linda- too funny.. I feel like that for my son’s tween room (that i am tweaking after seeing your son’s room)! Of course, my little brother had to get married this weekend so that has slowed down everything in my blog corner! I absolutley love your son’s room. I think I have creeped on the photos a few times! My son gave me a deadline so I have got to wrap it up before Memorial Day! xo, laura@imnotatrophywife.com
I think we need to rename this It’s a Sinch! I love a project that gives me more quality wine sipping time and this one fits the bill!

That S is amazing! I love everything about this room! Megan
A is for Anthropologie who sell a similar letter for $98
B is better. As in, yours is better than theirs (and not just because it cost $1.99).
Nice job, Linda!
Such a cute project! Simple is the name of the game. Gets me every time. 🙂
Splendid! Super Sinchy Stylist S Project!
Love the room, Linda!
Hey, I like green eggs and ham! I do, I like them, Sam I am! (Yeah, I have the 5 year old, that loves Dr. Suess.)
I love the way your S turned out! My son’s name starts with an S also! That is one Super, Spectacular, Special, Simple, S!! 🙂 Splendid job!

I love that vibrant orange color you’ve chosen for the walls…as for me, I’d just love to have my son’s room look half as tidy. You’ve done a fabulous job!
Linda, I love it, the S and the room. I did some letters like that with metallic spray paint and I think I like yours better. It does make a dramatic statement in the room for such a simple project. The best kind! Good work. And thanks for stopping at my blog and leaving me such a nice comment. I replied to you there as well.

S is for stupendous, which is a word that I’m almost certain I’ve never used but will be using today, because that letter is stupendously cute and also looks kinda do-able? Love it!
What a great project! I am going to try your idea out sometime. My 3 year old son is obsessed with his name and he would love to have it on the wall in his room. Great idea, thanks!

Loved this funny post!! Super!
Awesome letter S. I love it when they look like metal. I also like that you watch Sesame Street….at least I’m assuming that’s what you were thinking about when you wrote, “this is brought to you by the letter S”.
Anyways, fun and simple project! Thanks for linking it!
